We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Evolution RNG Division in Stockholm. This role will operate at divisional level and be responsible for shaping, delivering and governing key data capabilities that support decision-making, operational effectiveness and risk management across the RNG organisation.
The successful candidate will be a booster for teams across Commercial, Product, Fraud, Customer Support, Engineering and Operations. This person will be expected to bring structure, ownership and forward-looking thinking to critical data assets, reporting, monitoring routines and governance practices across RNG.
Key Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Data Analytics
Fraud Monitoring
Further develop fraud monitoring toolset and data framework across all RNG game providers.
Drive the further advancement of fraud detection capabilities, ensuring that monitoring approaches remain effective as game complexity evolves.
Work towards improving the scope, accuracy and effectiveness of the fraud detection toolset and related monitoring processes.
Help improve monitoring practices, operational routines and data structures that enable earlier detection of anomalies, player exploits, defects and suspicious behaviour.
Several years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering or a comparable senior data role.
Strong SQL capability and proven experience building analytical datasets, reporting layers and decision-support solutions.
Demonstrated experience working with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Superset or similar platforms, including ownership of reporting assets and user enablement.
Ability to operate credibly with senior stakeholders and to balance hands-on delivery with broader ownership and prioritisation.
Experience working with data governance, data quality improvement and cross-functional collaboration in complex environments.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and an ability to work effectively in ambiguous or evolving problem spaces.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to explain complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
A proactive, structured and outcome-focused mindset with the ability to independently drive work forward.
