6+ years of software development experience, preferably in mobile game development. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Unity and C# and other relevant programming languages. Knowledge of Unity workflows and best practices. Experience distributing multiple titles on console, PC, and/or mobile. Ability to write clean, simple, well-documented code from design requirements. Experience with source control systems like GIT. Proven experience working autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic team. Experience in Android/iOS mobile application development. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest mobile gaming trends. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members. Experience working with Agile, Kanban, or similar project management methodologies. Bilingual (French and English) is considered an asset. Experience in gameplay engineering, including controls, abilities, AI, RPG, multiplayer, online, and network systems. Knowledge of front-end technical best practices for UI on console, PC, or mobile, mastering Unity3D engine and C#. Experience with Unity GUI. Knowledge of backend (Node.js, MongoDB, Google Cloud) is a plus. Experience in rendering/graphics (Unity's CG/HLSL, OpenGL, DirectX, Metal, Vulkan) is a plus.
