2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, with proven expertise in designing and delivering impactful talent development and employee experience programs; Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into action; Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure smooth execution end-to-end; Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and confidently present information to diverse audiences; A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a “can-do” attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment; High empathy and interpersonal awareness — understanding that people are at the heart of every decision; Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
