Let’s start with the role
In this role, you will act as the Regional HR Manager for Regional Operations for all people-related topics for several markets. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring a productive, compliant, and engaging workplace culture aligned with our mission and business objectives.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR International, you will manage day-to-day HR operations and serve as the trusted HR advisor for employees and managers alike.
As a Regional HR Manager, you will:
Ensure Exceptional Employee Experience
Serve as the primary HR contact for all employees across the supported markets, providing guidance on local labor law, policies, and procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and leaders, fostering a culture of trust, transparency, and engagement.
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and transitions.
Ensure the accurate preparation, maintenance, and safekeeping of all employment contracts and personal records in compliance with local legislation.
Drive Efficient HR Operations
Oversee and maintain the integrity of all HR systems and data (HRIS, Jira, Confluence), ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Guarantee the consistent application of global and local HR policies, processes, and documentation across all supported markets.
Partner closely with Payroll and Finance teams to ensure smooth processing of employee data, compensation changes, and compliance with local tax and labor requirements.
Continuously identify and implement opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
Deliver Strategic HR Projects
Support the implementation and localization of the global HR strategy, ensuring alignment with local market needs.
Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, compensation reviews, employee engagement programs, and HR digitalization.
Provide consultation and support to local leadership teams on people-related matters, including talent management, organizational design, and employee relations.
Collaborate with the recruitment team on hiring strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent locally.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years of hands-on HR operations experience, with at least 2 years in people management. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices in at least one supported market. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with international HR teams. Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS, Jira, Confluence) and MS Office Suite. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Fluency in English.
