At LAI Games, we design, develop, and manufacture our games through our own factory and manufacturing partners. This role plays a key part in managing the end-to-end supply chain execution, with a strong focus on customer service, supplier management, order fulfillment, and shipment coordination. Working closely with customers, suppliers, manufacturing partners, and cross-functional teams, the role ensures customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, materials and products are available as required, and shipments are efficiently arranged to support the delivery of LAI Games’ innovative and engaging games and experiences to players around the world.
Key Responsibilities
Required Skills and Experience
3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, customer service, planning and purchasing, logistics, order management, or a similar role.
Experience managing customer orders and coordinating end-to-end order fulfillment.
Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers.
Good understanding of inventory, planning, purchasing, production, and logistics processes.
Demonstrated ability to follow through on commitments and proactively resolve operational issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is a must.
Excellent English verbal and written communicate skills
Business systems and tools (e.g., Oracle, SharePoint, etc.)
