Position Summary
Plans, designs, develops and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products including cloud-based or internet-related tools. Use this position if company does not breakout software development positions such as Software Engineer (Applications) or Software Engineer (Systems) and/or is involved in full stack development. Software development engineers using common development methodologies including Waterfall and Agile should be matched to our software development engineering roles. Employees focused on ensuring products (including websites) and hosted networks are designed and developed to be cyber-safe and compliant are typically matched to one of our software development engineering roles. For cloud databases, may be matched to Data Management - Storage Engineer (TE.DMSE) or for hosted networks, to Network Engineering (TE.INNE) or Network Systems Administration (TE.INNS). Employees focused on administering and hardening internal processes and systems against outside penetration and attack, match to Information Security (TE.ICIO).

We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Software Engineer (C# / Unity Game Developer) to join our growing development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Electronic Table Games (ETG) for casino gaming environments. You will work closely with Game Analysts, QA Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver engaging, reliable, and compliant gaming experiences that meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Design, develop, and maintain Electronic Table Games (ETG) using C# and Unity3D based on game specifications. - Develop reusable, maintainable, and robust code aligned with engineering standards. - Perform comprehensive unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and code reviews. - Collaborate with Game Analysts, QA teams, artists, and stakeholders. - Optimize game performance, memory, and rendering efficiency for fixed-hardware. - Proficiency in C# and Unity3D, including gameplay, UI/UX, and animation systems. - Strong knowledge of software architecture, design principles (MVC, Observer, State Machine, Dependency Injection), and SDLC. - Experience with source control (Git, Perforce, SVN) and automated testing frameworks. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline. - Experience with Electronic Gaming Machines (EGM) or regulated gaming environments is highly desirable.
