The Team & Role:
You’ll be part of the South Europe Category Marketing team (including France, Iberia, Italy, GIC, and Turkey). Based in our Barcelona (BCN) office, this hybrid role directly supports the Heads of Marketing for South Europe across our two main business categories: Personal Workspace Solutions (PWS) and Gaming.
As a Consumer Marketing Young Professional, your primary focus will be providing robust market intelligence, sell-out tracking, category performance analysis, and business reporting support to drive strategic marketing decisions across the entire South European region. In addition, you will provide ad-hoc operational and campaign execution support for specific local consumer activations across the sub-regions as needed.
Key Aspects of the Role are:
Data-Driven Consumer Marketing: High focus on GfK market share tracking, sell-out and In-House-Share (IHS) analysis, competitive benchmarking, and marketing reporting for South Europe.
Category Support: Partner closely with the Heads of Marketing (PWS & Gaming) on Go-To-Market strategies and business planning.
Regional Scope: Overview across France, Iberia, Italy, GIC (Greece, Israel and Cyprus), and Turkey.

In this role you will:
Consumer Business Reporting & Analytics: Consolidate data from market research tools (e.g., GfK, internal databases) to track market share, price positioning, sell-out and IHS performance, and sales trends across South European markets.
Market & Consumer Intelligence: Conduct competitor benchmarking, identify consumer market trends, and deliver actionable insights to support marketing and business decisions for Personal Workspace Solutions and Gaming.
GTM & Business Planning: Support the Heads of Marketing in preparing Go-To-Market strategies, Launch pre- and reviews, quarterly business reviews, campaign pre and post-mortems, and category portfolio analysis.
Cross-Regional Alignment: Maintain seamless data communication and coordination across the local marketing teams in France, Iberia, Italy, GIC, and Turkey.
(As needed, you may also extend support to specific local market activations across South Europe)
Events & Partnerships: Provide logistical support for local trade shows, gaming events or partner/creator activations.
POS & Retail Execution: Aid in tracking the roll-out of Point of Sale (POS) materials and consumer retail/e-tail marketing assets.
Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
Analytical Mindset: High comfort level working with data and numbers, with a strong ability to translate raw market data into clear, actionable consumer insights.
Academic Background: Currently enrolled in a Master's or relevant degree program in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related disciplines.
Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential. Knowledge of Spanish, French, Greek or Italian is a strong plus.
Tool Proficiency: Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint / Google Slides. Exposure to AI tools or visualization tools is welcomed.
Soft Skills: Highly organized, proactive, solution-oriented, with strong time management skills and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Interest: Passion for consumer electronics, technology, digital workspaces, or the gaming industry.
