- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns on various channels and ad networks
- Develop and execute data-driven user acquisition and retention strategies to drive growth for our games
- Test new strategies, campaigns and ad networks to ensure constant improvement of the UA process
- Collaborate with Marketing Artists to create high-performing creatives
- Stay up to date with industry trends and gather market intelligence
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a reputable university
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the gaming industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data to make data-driven decisions
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, or Adjust
- Good understanding of mobile gaming market trends, player preferences, and industry best practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging work environment
