We are seeking a driven Senior Legal Counsel to join our robust in-house legal team in Israel. As a key part of our legal function, you will gain hands-on experience working on strategic transactions, managing corporate governance initiatives and litigation, and working cross-functionally with colleagues worldwide. This role is suited for an attorney who can independently handle work areas.
Subject to applicable laws, we may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist our recruitment teams in the hiring process, including drafting job descriptions, communication, response to applications, assessments and tests, as further described in our Candidates Privacy Notice.

LL.B. (or equivalent), with valid Israeli Bar admission; 6+ years relevant experience; Demonstrated organizational skills with an ability to multitask, track deadlines, and execute projects independently; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Strong ability to collaborate and coordinate across different internal departments; Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and reliability in handling sensitive and confidential information; A proactive, positive, solutions-oriented approach and eagerness to learn in a global company; Experience representing U.S. publicly-traded companies and familiarity with SEC filings is preferred but not required.
