Responsible for managing end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment operations within the consumer electronics industry. This includes processing orders in SAP, overseeing inventory management and replenishment, coordinating shipments, handling returns, ensuring compliance with fulfillment SOPs, resolving order-related issues, managing logistics service providers, and maintaining accurate reporting and performance metrics. The role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize inventory levels, minimize excess and obsolete stock risks, and ensure efficient order delivery to partners and customers.

Are you game?
- Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain / Logistics Management or equivalent - At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the consumer electronics industry - Able to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in MS Office suite - Knowledge of SAP ECC an advantage - Strong analytical skills, meticulous, and communicative - Strong individual capable to execute independently to solve problems and team player with a strong sense of responsibility - Excellent organizational and planning skills
