You’ll join our Data Science and Analytics team in Espoo, working on the Beacon platform, and you’ll report to our Data Science Team Manager. We’re looking for someone who loves turning complex data into clear, actionable stories. You’ll help us refine how we approach User Acquisition, crafting solutions that help us grow and keep our players happy.

- Extensive years of experience in data science. - Academic degree in applied mathematics, statistics, machine learning, computer science, or a related field. - Proficient in Python, including numerical and data science libraries. - Designed data pipelines in cloud-based environments. - Strong understanding of at least two of the following: Bayesian modeling, Statistical inference, Predictive modelling and machine learning, Optimization and decision theory, Uncertainty quantification, Numerical methods. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical teammates. - Enjoyment of collaborative problem-solving and working closely with other experts. - Experience in mobile gaming, User Acquisition, or digital advertising is a plus. - Experience with experimentation, causal inference, or reinforcement learning is a plus. - Experience building large-scale production ML systems is a plus.
