Today, we're a proud team of over 500 caring professionals from more than 50 different nations, and we're looking for a Team Assistant to join us at our Espoo office, this is a fixed term role with the duration from 12 to 14 months.
In this onsite role, you'll be the heart of our daily operations, supporting our team leads and keeping our workspace running beautifully. You'll work closely with our Senior Facility Manager and teams across the studio to ensure everyone has what they need to thrive.
Supporting our team leads with travel arrangements and practical logistics.
Helping organize internal team events that bring our flock together.
Keeping our Espoo teams connected and informed through internal communications and intranet updates.
Collaborating with our Senior Facility Manager to make sure our workspace remains a top-notch environment.
Jumping into new projects and solving everyday puzzles with your supportive attitude.
You're highly organized and naturally comfortable balancing multiple priorities.
You understand how to find creative solutions on the fly when plans change.
You have a passion for service and genuinely enjoy going above and beyond to help others.
You share a cooperative spirit and work beautifully both independently and with a team.
You communicate fluently and warmly in both English and Finnish, both written and verbal.
You're comfortable using tools like G Suite to keep things running efficiently.
You're ready to work onsite at our Espoo office five days a week to support the team in person.
