Sperasoft is seeking a Senior Project Manager who is a native Korean speaker to lead large game development teams, manage project lifecycles, and ensure successful delivery for external clients within a remote, international setting.
Responsibilities:
Analyzing and investigating new project requirements, preparing project plans; assessing risks and proposing mitigations
Ensuring that project meets deadlines and delivering product of required quality
Managing large project teams or multiple sub-teams within a project (programmers, artists, game designers, QA, etc)
Identifying and clarifying team goals; ensuring that expectations are aligned between stakeholders
Managing communications within the team and between the team and company departments as well as people on the client's side
Managing and planning team capacity
Conducting team meetings, providing various reports
Working with leads on tracking team's performance
Supporting team growth through regular feedback and Career Development plans
Conducting project interviews, contributing to hiring process.
