// Open Role at Supercell
Join Supercell in London as Team Support, taking ownership of the office's day-to-day operations, from travel coordination to team events, and making a visible difference in a dynamic, independent environment.
Supercell is looking for a Team Support professional to join our London office. As Team Support, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day support of the office, from travel and team events to the countless practical details that keep things running smoothly.
You’ll be the only Team Support based in London, so this is a role with plenty of independence and responsibility. But you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be part of an experienced, caring Team Support team across Supercell, with colleagues to learn from and collaborate with. You’ll have the freedom to shape how support works locally, while staying closely connected with your colleagues in Helsinki and collaborating also with other people working with London operations.
At Supercell, independent teams and trust are at the heart of how we work. The same applies to Team Support: you’ll have real ownership of your area and the freedom to decide how best to support the people around you. Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to make a visible difference to the experience of everyone working in our London office.
If you enjoy helping people and figuring things out without needing a playbook for everything, you’ll probably feel at home here. In this job, no two days are alike. Send your CV as well as your application / motivational letter before the application deadline (Thursday, September 17th 2026 9:00 pm BST).
Own the day-to-day administrative support for our London office.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and the details in between.
Plan and organise team days, offsites, internal events, and other moments that bring people together.
Help colleagues navigate everyday practical questions, from benefits to general team support.
Work closely with Team Support colleagues in Helsinki and with teams operating across London and Helsinki, including our live game teams Clash of Clans and Hay Day.
Be a trusted local point of contact for colleagues, leads, and other stakeholders in London.
Spot opportunities to improve how things work and take ownership of putting better solutions in place.
Strong experience (minimum of 5 years) in team support, workplace or office coordination, travel arrangements, and/or event production.
A service-minded approach and genuine enjoyment of helping others succeed.
Excellent organisational skills and close attention to detail. When you take something on, people can trust that it will get done.
The ability to manage several priorities at once and make good calls about what needs attention first.
Confidence working independently and taking responsibility, including in situations where there isn’t an existing process or obvious answer.
Strong communication skills in English and the ability to build trusted relationships with people across teams, disciplines, and locations.
A collaborative and humble way of working, with a willingness to ask for input, share context, and step in where you can help.
Enthusiasm and preferably also previous experience for working in an international environment with colleagues across multiple countries or offices.
You're actively using AI tools in your day-to-day work, and excited about experimenting with new ways AI can improve how we work.
Experience supporting a growing office or building support practices in an environment that is still evolving.
Experience coordinating complex international travel.
This role is based in our London studio and is a full-time, permanent position.
Because this role is all about supporting the people and everyday life in the office, we expect you to spend most of your working time onsite in our London office. You’ll also work closely with our Helsinki-based Team Support colleagues and teams whose members are split across London and Helsinki, so expect some travel also between our offices.

Supercell is a games company from Helsinki, Finland, with offices also in San Francisco, Seoul, Shanghai, and London. You might know us as the makers of Hay Day, Clash of Clans, Boom Beach, Clash Royale, and Brawl Stars. Our mission is to create great games that as many people as possible play for years and that are remembered forever.
So, how do we make great games? By putting together the best teams and giving them the freedom and independence to succeed. And by taking risks, failing, sharing learnings, and killing lots of projects.
Independent cells and trust are at the core of our culture. But it takes more than that to make great games. We take good care of our people, providing them with the compensation, work environment, and resources they need to succeed while having fun along the way.
Here, you won’t need to focus on chasing titles or climbing ladders. Internally, our job titles don’t include prefixes like Senior, Junior, Principal, or Director. Recognition isn’t tied to your title, as it doesn't define the impact you can have around here.
Luring you in with glitter, glamour, and gems isn't what we're about. We want you to enjoy your time here fully, so we structure our compensation and benefits with that in mind. It starts with perceiving you as a human being, not a resource.
Many candidates with great skills and experience second-guess themselves. The bar is high, but if this role excites you, apply! We’re here to help you succeed. Also, we're happy to learn about any specific accommodations you may need to fully engage in our recruitment process.
Wishing you all the best,
The Supercell Recruitment team
