Take-Two Interactive is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly contribute to the continued success and growth of our global entertainment portfolio. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be instrumental in executing the recruitment strategy, focusing on attracting, assessing, and hiring top-tier talent. This role requires close partnership with business leaders across various functions, with a particular emphasis on our core studios and technical groups, while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the gaming, technology, or high-growth entertainment industries. - Proven track record of successfully hiring for technical, product, or leadership roles in a highly competitive market. - Deep expertise in various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and targeted passive candidate engagement. - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels. - Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging recruitment data (e.g., time-to-hire, source-of-hire, conversion rates) to inform strategies. - High proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), experience with Greenhouse is a plus. - Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
