We are looking for a Technical Trainer / ISTQB Trainer to join our Warsaw team. In this role, you will design and deliver technical and QA training programs, with a strong focus on Games Quality Assurance and ISTQB/CTFL standards.
You will work closely with QA, HR, Workforce, and other teams to ensure training programs meet business and operational needs. The role combines classroom training, e-learning, assessment, and training administration.

Design, develop, and deliver technical and QA training programs; Deliver in-house Games Quality Assurance Testing training aligned with ISTQB/CTFL standards; Prepare training materials, presentations, exercises, and instructional resources; Adapt training methods to different learning styles and levels of experience; Deliver training to groups of approximately 15 participants; Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback; Provide trainees with clear and constructive feedback; Support the development and management of e-learning materials; Keep training content up to date with industry developments; Deliver ISTQB/CTFL training consisting of structured modules; Conduct ISTQB assessments; Develop and implement knowledge checks and post-training evaluations; Review assessment results and provide feedback; Monitor knowledge retention; Maintain accurate attendance, training, and performance records; Track trainee progress and training outcomes; Coordinate training logistics and schedules; Work closely with QA Directors, QA Managers, HR, Workforce, and other stakeholders; Provide training reports and relevant performance data; Support other learning and development initiatives; Previous experience as a Technical Trainer, Corporate Trainer, QA Trainer, or similar role; Experience delivering training to groups of approximately 15 people; Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional techniques; Ability to adapt training to different learning styles and individual needs; Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and effectively; Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills; English proficiency at B2–C1 level; Proficiency with common software applications and training tools; Ability to work fully onsite in Warsaw during regular business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM); Previous experience working in or providing training within the video game industry; ISTQB/CTFL certification or equivalent knowledge (Preferred); Active ISTQB or ASTQB certification (Preferred); Experience delivering ISTQB certification training (Preferred); Experience developing technical or e-learning content (Preferred); Experience working with QA teams or software development environments (Preferred).
