The role is working within our studio: Ludios
About Ludios
Ludios takes its name from the Latin, it means "The Game People". Led by Eyal, one of the co-founders of Tripledot Studios, and some of the most experienced people in mobile games, we are a studio that makes and publishes our own casual, free-to-play mobile games. Our team is based across APAC, with the majority of our development happening in Jakarta and Melbourne. We are data-driven, creative, and genuinely passionate about the industry we work in. Right now, we are working on a number of exciting projects, including one built around a globally recognised IP, alongside several original titles we are equally excited about. If crafting games and reaching millions of players is what gets you out of bed, we would love to hear from you.
Our Group IT team plays a key role in keeping our people, studios, and engineering teams productive, secure, and connected. We’re looking for a DevOps & IT Operations Engineer to join our Jakarta team and work closely with the Ludios studio. The primary focus of this role is DevOps. You’ll help improve how infrastructure and services are provisioned, deployed, secured, monitored, automated, and operated across Ludios and the wider Group IT environment. You’ll work across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, deployment workflows, internal services, networking, identity, security, and operational automation, collaborating closely with Ludios Engineering and colleagues across Group IT. The role includes hands-on work with both Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). We’re looking for someone with strong DevOps and cloud fundamentals rather than expertise limited to a single platform.
As the role is based within the Jakarta studio, you’ll also contribute to local IT Infrastructure and IT Operations when required. This includes employee support, SaaS applications, identity and access, devices, networking, service management, audit activities, and equipment lifecycle processes.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys improving technical environments, reducing manual work, and helping engineering and business teams operate more reliably and efficiently.
- 3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Systems Engineering, IT Infrastructure, or a similar technical role. - Hands-on experience working with at least one major public cloud platform, with the ability to apply that knowledge across different cloud environments. - Experience developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and version-control-based engineering workflows. - Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code, automated infrastructure provisioning, and configuration management. - Experience administering or supporting self-hosted runners, build agents, or dedicated build machines. - Experience automating technical and operational processes using scripting, APIs, or workflow automation. - Good understanding of networking, identity and access management, SSO, secrets management, security controls, and least-privilege principles. - Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, infrastructure troubleshooting, and incident resolution. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a practical, improvement-focused approach and willingness to contribute to wider IT Operations when required.
