Role Overview
Supporting employees in Israel you will act as a local expert and collaborate with both the regional HR Operations team and wider HR team including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and HR Business Partners.
This role will support all local employee operations, administer processes and coordinate activities to facilitate world class ways of working throughout the entire employee lifecycle, contributing to a user-focused employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Own and administer all Israel employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, relations, changes, and offboarding. Manage the relationship with third-party payroll vendor, submitting inputs and troubleshooting queries. Administer local benefit plans and manage renewals. Support mobility and relocations to and from Israel. Act as a subject matter expert on Israel HR Operations and employment legislation. Identify process improvements for HR operations efficiency. Support HR Operations and wider HR team projects. Requires solid HR Manager level experience, proven HR Operations experience in Israel, strong local employment law knowledge, familiarity with HRIS (preferably HiBob), professional level English, and high attention to detail.
