About the Role
The Art Director plays a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of the game. This position ensures that all artistic elements meet the highest standards of quality and consistency while aligning with the game’s technical requirements. Acting as a creative visionary and strategic leader, the Art Director guides a specific art team (e.g. concept, visual effects), fosters innovation, and drives collaboration across disciplines. By setting clear artistic benchmarks and introducing cutting-edge practices, the Art Director transforms ideas into visually compelling experiences that resonate with players and elevate the overall production value.

Qualifications
Extensive experience in game art production with at least 2 years in a lead or director role. Strong understanding of 3D art pipelines, technical constraints, and game engines. Proficiency in 2D and 3D software tools and asset creation processes. Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills. Deep knowledge of visual trends and industry-standard tools. Passion for video game art and market awareness.
