Structure, negotiate, and secure a broad spectrum of agreements (services, licenses, distribution, partnerships), in both French and English, under international law, at the core of video game, content, media, and technology challenges
Provide pragmatic and strategic legal advice in a fast-paced and sometimes fluid environment, supporting teams in their decision-making
Train and empower Vantage Studios teams on legal fundamentals (IP, contracts, risk awareness), with a pedagogical and business-oriented approach
Work in a cross-functional and international manner, engaging with stakeholders at all seniority levels, and contributing to global projects (with possible travel between Montreal and Paris)
Contribute to the management of pre-litigation situations, in close coordination with external counsel, with an anticipatory and solution-oriented approach
Maintain active monitoring of legal, regulatory, and technological developments likely to impact Ubisoft and the video game industry
