Beyond Good & Evil 2 is an open-world action-adventure game set in a captivating space opera universe. It is also the direct prequel to the 2003 cult classic!

Why we need you:
We are looking for a Team Lead Character Artist to strengthen the Art team on Beyond Good & Evil 2.
You will play a key role in structuring and driving Character production, bringing clarity, prioritization, and a solid framework to a complex and constantly evolving environment. Beyond supporting the team on a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to organize production, arbitrate needs, and secure the delivery of assets at the right level of quality, on time.
This role requires strong organizational and management skills, as well as a very strong artistic eye.

Proven experience as a Team Lead Character Artist on large-scale AAA projects. Very strong expertise in established Character pipelines. Expert-level Character modeling skills for video games. Ability to bring a team together through leadership and mentoring. Ability to combine creativity, technical excellence, and respect for deadlines. Strong communication skills. Maintain AAA-level standards for narrative quality and gameplay integration. Ability to set a high level of artistic quality while structuring a realistic and efficient Character production. Strong mastery of pipelines, quality standards, and production constraints. Solution-oriented mindset with pragmatic problem-solving skills.
