// Open Role at Unity
Lead Unity's global Workplace Experience, shaping inspiring environments for creative work. Build and grow a distributed team to define and implement consistent onsite and remote programs that foster connection and productivity.
Our offices are where Unity's creative work comes to life, and we want you to lead what that feels like. As Director, Workplace Experience, you will lead the Workplace function across our global sites — shaping how people connect, gather, and do their best work every day. You will build and grow a distributed team of Workplace and Employee Experience professionals, set a clear vision for the employee onsite and remote experience, and turn it into consistent, well-run programs across every location you support. This is a meaningful role for a forward thinker who is energized by both the big picture and the details: the strategy behind a multi-site experience program, and the moment someone walks into an office and feels genuinely welcome. Join us and help define what a great day at Unity looks like.
Lead, coach, and grow a multi-site Workplace Experience team, setting clear direction and creating opportunities for your people to develop.
Own the regional employee experience strategy and translate it into consistent standards, service levels, and programs across offices.
Design and oversee onsite programming — events, hospitality, food, and community moments that bring teams together.
Partner with multi-functional groups including HR, IT, Security, Finance, Real Estate and Communications to deliver a seamless onsite experience.
Manage regional budgets and vendor relationships, and demonstrate the value of Workplace investments to key decision makers.
Define important metrics for the Workplace function and use employee feedback and usage data to improve programs over time.
Own the global Site Leader Program — a cohort of office-based leaders serving as local culture and connection points — including governance, the recognition and compensation model, cohort development, and coordination across People Analytics, Location Strategy, and regional leadership.
Partner with People Analytics to design and field workplace and office-use research, and translate results into location deep dives, global summaries, and hybrid work strategy recommendations for senior leaders.
Steward the global Employee Resource Group program: governance, budget, ERG leader development and recruitment, and the ERG connection into new hire onboarding.
Lead belonging and manager-enablement workstreams in partnership with Learning and Talent Programs.
Serve as the senior Workplace partner to site leadership, solving issues quickly and representing employee needs in space and site decisions.
