Wargaming is looking for a System Designer/Business Analyst to work on World of Tanks.
In this role, you will help shape features and systems by analyzing business requirements, structuring them into clear specifications, and ensuring a shared understanding across all stakeholders. You will work closely with designers, developers, and product teams to align business goals with implementation and delivery. - Identify stakeholders and define feature concepts, goals, and objectives. - Collaborate with various teams (Publishing, Analytics, Art, UX/UI, Game Balance, Game Design) to form feature vision and content. - Collect, analyze, and approve end requirements for features. - Consult specialists involved in development, delivery, and support. - Support and maintain requirements during development. - Analyze and assess feature performance post-release. - Formulate and specify plans for feature development. - 3+ years of experience. - Knowledge of modern software development methodologies. - Knowledge of the project/product life cycle. - Basic knowledge of information system building and architecture. - Theoretical knowledge of business/system analysis and modern requirements practices. - Ability to deliver material in an intelligent and structured fashion. - Ability to find stakeholders, conduct interviews, and gather requirements. - Ability to detect, classify, analyze, test, document, and prioritize requirements. - Technical specifications writing skills. - Ability to visualize and coordinate requirements. - English (B1+).
