- 2+ years commercial art experience. - Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfortable giving and receiving feedback. - A portfolio demonstrating strong creative vision with a cinematic lens. - A passion for pop culture and a pulse on current entertainment industry trends. - Understanding of Magic as both a game and a brand. - Deep knowledge of current fantasy illustration market/talent and modern print/press techniques and processes. - Adept in Adobe Photoshop, proficient MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
