Are you our next Customer Order and Supply Chain professional, with experience as a Customer Account Representative?
This role is initially a 12-month contract to join a dedicated team at Hasbro / Wizards of the Coast, based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge / Hayes, with hybrid working. You will be required to be in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This is a full-time position.

Manage Wizards of the Coast product orders, resolving EDI issues, ensuring correct quantities, pricing, and delivery dates. Proactively communicate cancellations and review open orders. Act as the primary contact for e-Commerce and other customers regarding orders and routine inquiries. Manage customer expectations for timely and accurate goods delivery. Be aware of urgent/promotional stock requirements and manage account allocations. Work closely with the Shared Service Centre and Distribution Centres for issue resolution and planning. Maintain knowledge of account credit status and product listings. Update work instructions and processes regularly. Manage accounts from order receipt through to distribution, proactively providing information. Adhere to Company Policies, Procedures, and SOX requirements. Provide daily reporting on open orders and participate actively in the Operations Team. Proven Supply Chain and Order Management experience is required, along with excellent English language, communication, administration, and PC skills (MS Word, Excel, SAP). Strong numerical reasoning and deadline-oriented approach with risk mitigation ability.
