岗位职责：
● 单IP 全渠道管理，渠道整体运营管理，制定并执行销售计划，完成销售目标。
● 策划并执行渠道促销活动，提高销售额和用户转化率。
●版权对接，负责授权品类的整体规划，根据市场趋势，制定有效的产品及渠道策略
●授权产品选品及协同渠道设计开发渠道针对的限定产品（如主题乐园，Mini-so，Top-toy 等渠道产品需求）
●联动市场部门，策划基于IP为导向的营销活动，最大化IP声量及销售转化
● 分析市场动态和竞争对手情况，制定相应的营销策略。
任职要求：
● 本科及以上学历，电子商务、市场营销等相关专业。
● 3 年以上玩具，母婴货文创行业采购，商品管理及渠道销售经验，有玩具渠道管理经验或者授权玩具及IP衍生品相关行业工作经验者优先。
● 熟悉线上平台零售模式，线下零售的运营规则及经销商管理经验。
●有将枪的商业敏感度，对动漫，游戏，潮流文化有较强的敏锐度，能够贴合IP热度走势，具备一定的选品能力。
● 具备良好的团队管理能力和沟通协调能力。
● 有较强的数据分析能力和市场洞察力。
