Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners, this role delivers strategic hiring solutions that strengthen organizational capability and support long-term growth.
Supporting multiple countries across the APAC region, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner partners closely with stakeholders to understand workforce needs, develop effective talent strategies, and navigate diverse talent markets and cultures. The role offers broad exposure across functions, levels, and geographies, creating opportunities to influence hiring decisions in a dynamic international environment.

- 8 to 10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including in-house and/or agency background. - Proven track record in hiring senior-level and confidential positions across corporate functions. - Solid experience working in matrix organization and have handled high-volume recruitment. - Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to navigate dynamic business environments. - Solid project management experience. Energetic, hands-on, and adaptable professional with a passion for recruitment excellence. - Fluency in English is required, and any other Asian language is high preferred, including but not limited to Mandarin and Japanese.
