About this job
What will you be doing on a day-to-day basis?
Collaborate with Directors to define gameplay pillars that best realize the game vision,
Collaborate with other domain Leads to develop concrete, actionable solutions for challenges presented by the development process,
Lead a team of designers, providing mentoring and feedback,
Collaborate with other teams to develop key foundational systems,
Providing feedback to the overall gameplay, combat, systems, story and level design.
Requirements
What will help you succeed in this role?
Experience as Lead Designer or Design Director,
8+ years of experience in game design (gameplay and/or systems).
Experience with combat design,
Experience and very good skills in managing a design team,
Ability to work in hybrid model in our office in Warsaw,
Experience with working on indie/AA and understand their limitations, capabilities and advantages,
Knowledge of both Polish and English at B2 level or above,
Ability to write good project documentation,
Ability to define technical requirements,
Ability to work within time and project constraints,
Very good communication skills,
Passion about games - you’re still playing in your free time and keep up to date with our industry.
Nice to have
Experience with Unreal Engine.
