The Manager, FP&A serves as the critical financial bridge between the Studio, Publishing and other operational partners.
Rather than just reporting numbers, you will act as a Business Partner, working side-by-side with Studio Heads and Operational Partners. You will support 1-2 Studios and be responsible for ensuring that financial models reflect the unique "personality" and requirements of each business line while maintaining the rigor of our global financial standards. You will be comfortable in presenting findings and analysis to leaders, explaining narrative and drivers associated with variances to help influence business decision making. You will be comfortable operating with limited supervision, conferring with senior managers only on highly complex or unusual items outside the day-to-day.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $100,200.00 - $148,320.00 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for employees in regular roles may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, provided that temporary or intern roles will not be eligible for many of these payments or benefits. Details of participation in compensation and benefit plans (if applicable) will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. 4 – 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, management consulting, or a business-facing finance role (preferably with Gaming or Entertainment industry experience). Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; or equivalent practical knowledge. Mastery of all standard FP&A duties (forecasting, variance analysis, modeling) and a strong grasp of principles governing the gaming or creative services industry. Proven ability to frame financials for non-finance audiences. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint. Practical knowledge of project management. Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
