2K Sports Lab is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join their team in Vancouver, BC. This role involves improving workflows, optimizing code, and engineering solutions to enable the game and team to reach their full potential. You will work closely with the Technical Director, Engineers, Animators, and Designers to enhance architecture and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 3+ years of related experience building and delivering games in a Systems role
- Experience developing multi-platform projects
- Expertise with the C++ programming language along with strong coding architectural design principles
- Experience researching, piloting, and rolling out new techniques
- Experience in designing and creating systems, tools and assets for projects
- Experience with Unreal Engine 5 development
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
