About this job
The Director of Studio Operations will manage the overall operational aspects of the studio, optimizing processes across development disciplines and providing a real-time product roadmap. This role involves managing bottlenecks, escalating challenges, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will also own relationships with 2K/T2 QA, legal, customer service, finance, operations, and outside licensors and vendors.
Requirements
- Spent 10+ years in the games industry with a track record of high-quality leadership.
- Built and led operational teams through product roadmaps and live-service management.
- Expert in project management and business strategy.
- Proficient with software and tools like Excel.
- Comfortable managing external development and complex deal sheets.
- Deep understanding of collaboration psychology and studio dynamics.
- Ability to explain complex philosophies to non-experts for alignment.
