IT Program Manager, Enterprise Applications
Activision Blizzard, Inc. is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Program Manager to work with our IT Enterprise Applications team to define and achieve both global Activision, Blizzard, King priorities as well as Activision specific priorities. This individual will support key central initiatives and will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of products and/or programs; including concept inception, delivery, adoption, and operational support.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $82,240.00 - $152,160.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a program, product, or project manager managing application programs. Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-organizational enterprise application programs with internal and vendor resources. Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, comfortable presenting to all organizational levels. Ability to work independently and deliver results with little supervision. Self-motivated with strong initiative in a dynamic environment. Ability to lead and influence without explicit authority. Diligent problem solver with excellent organizational skills. Experience implementing, championing, and working with Agile development methodologies. Experience with vendor and contract management processes. Knowledge of ERP, HCM, EPM systems and technologies. Knowledge of various database and data analytics tools and technologies.
