AI Video Editor / Motion Graphic Artist

We're looking for an AI Video Editor / Motion Graphic artist to produce fast, high-volume video ads for our mobile games and apps.

The expectation is: AI tools generate and process the majority of each video, footage enhancement, motion effects, voice, captions, styles and you direct, prompt, QC, and assemble. Manual frame-by-frame work is the exception, reserved for final sync and polish if needed.

You'll turn raw gameplay, app flows, and creative briefs into high-performing short videos for UA channels, at a volume and speed that only an AI-driven pipeline can sustain.

AI-First Video & Motion Production

• Use AI generation and editing tools as the primary means of producing gameplay hooks, ad variants, and motion graphic overlays, not as a finishing touch on manually-built assets.
• Turn app user flows and creative briefs into video ads where AI handles the bulk of asset creation (VFX, voice, captions, style/color, upscaling,...), with your manual work concentrated on direction, timing, and sync.
• Combine AI-generated assets with footage, typography, and sound into a coherent, high-impact final cut.

AI Workflow Ownership & Self-Improvement

• Proactively test, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and models (video generation, voice generation, motion generation, auto-rotoscoping, auto-captioning, AI upscaling) on your own initiative, this role expects self-directed exploration, not waiting for a tool to be assigned.
• Build and document reusable AI workflows and prompt templates so the team can reproduce your results and scale output.
• Continuously refine your prompting and pipeline steps to cut turnaround time while keeping every game's visual identity consistent.

High-Volume, Consistent-Quality Output

• Produce a high volume of video variants per cycle to feed fast A/B testing, using AI to multiply creative directions from a single core concept.
• Hold a consistent quality bar across AI-assisted output, catching and fixing AI artifacts, drift, or off-brand results before anything ships.
• Judge when an AI-generated asset is ship-ready versus needs manual correction; speed never excuses inconsistent quality.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work with Creative Strategists and UA teams to translate performance signals (Hook Rate, CTR, IPM, CVR) into the next round of AI-generated iterations.
• Share tool findings and workflow improvements with the team; help raise the team's overall AI fluency.

Technical skills requirements:

• Hands-on, current experience with AI video/motion generation tools (e.g., Seedance, Higgfields, ComfyUI, Runway, Pika, Kling, Luma, or similar) and AI editing copilots (auto-cut, auto-rotoscope, auto-caption, etc & develop internal AI system) this is a core requirement, not a nice-to-have.
• Strong prompt engineering for video, image, and motion generation, able to iterate prompts to hit a specific creative brief consistently, not just produce something visually interesting.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Davinci, Final Cut for assembly, sync, and polish, used to finish AI-generated material, not to build it from scratch.
• Working knowledge of AI voice/audio tools (e.g., ElevenLabs-type tools) and AI upscaling/style-transfer tools.
• Solid motion graphics fundamentals (timing, easing, typography, layout), needed to art-direct and QC AI output, not just to hand-animate.
• Able to build and maintain lightweight reusable workflows (prompt libraries, templates, simple automation) that speed up repeat production. 

SOFT SKILLS

• Self-starter who explores new AI tools and models unprompted, and brings findings back to the team.

• Sharp quality judgment - can spot AI hallucinations, inconsistencies, and off-model artifacts, and knows how to fix or reject them before shipping.

• Comfortable operating under high-volume, fast-iteration cycles without letting quality slip.

• Curious and adaptable -treats their AI toolkit as something to upgrade continuously, since the tools change monthly.

• Strong ownership - carries an AI-generated draft through to a shippable, on-brand ad with minimal supervision.
