**We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Product Operations team!

In this role, you'll coordinate multiple mobile game projects at different stages of development, working closely with international partner studios and our internal publishing teams. You’ll be at the center of the publishing process — keeping teams aligned, managing timelines and risks, and making sure projects are ready for key milestones, from integrations to release.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, is comfortable taking ownership, and is excited to build and optimize processes with a high level of autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects and studios simultaneously, coordinating projects at different stages of development
- Drive project delivery and act as the key link between external studios and the publisher, ensuring projects are ready for key milestones and gates
- Manage project risks and dependencies: monitor deadlines and commitments, address issues proactively, and escalate risks when necessary.
- Work with mobile platforms: manage App Store Connect and Google Play Console, including build uploads, platform requirements, and app transfers
- Support partner studios: coordinate onboarding and internal SDK integrations, and help optimize publishing workflows and processes
- Maintain project documentation and visibility
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 3–4+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in mobile game development, preferably in publishing
- Proven multi-project management experience — ability to manage several projects simultaneously at different stages of development
- Strong understanding of the full mobile game development and publishing lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with App Store Connect and Google Play Console
- Project management methodologies: solid knowledge of Agile principles (Scrum/Kanban) and hands-on experience with modern task trackers
- Understanding of key game product and marketing metrics, including LTV, Retention, ROAS
- English — B2+, with confidence in written and spoken communication with international partner studios
