Manage product certification and regulatory alignment for gaming products. Act as compliance overseer, handling submissions for UL, CSA, FCC, CE, and RCM requirements. Maintain submission documents and compliance records. Communicate effectively with certification bodies and third-party test laboratories. Acquire quotations and raise purchase orders, monitoring progress. Coordinate product samples and testing activities. Monitor schedules, assess risks, and track open actions. Provide accurate status updates to the business. Work closely with engineers to understand technical challenges. Challenge or clarify information to ensure practical resolution. Build comprehensive knowledge of electrical regulations and handle certification procedures. Independently coordinate smaller innovation or hardware-related projects in the United States. Proven experience in managing product certification and fulfilling compliance requirements. Strong project management skills with the ability to work autonomously. Technical capability to understand and address engineering issues. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to engage and work effectively with engineers and other collaborators. Diligent and highly organized, with detailed record-keeping abilities. Experience in handling regulatory submissions (UL, CSA, FCC, CE, RCM). Capability to watch over schedules, detect risks, and keep strict record of actions. Familiarity with electrical regulatory compliance is highly desirable. Ambitious and driven to successfully implement projects. Occasional travel, about 20%.
