Experience in accounts receivable cash application, cash allocation, remittance processing, unapplied cash management, or order-to-cash shared services. Strong understanding of AR subledger, payment matching, lockbox/bank files, customer remittance, deductions/short-pays, and reconciliation dependencies. Proven experience leading daily workflow, training others, monitoring SLAs, and improving process quality in a shared-services or global delivery environment. Outstanding ability to identify issues and develop solutions to improve cash application processes. Ambitious approach with a focus on continuous improvement and automation. Ability to work well with regional managers and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in using AI and automation tools for process improvement. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.
