Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. Experience with training, installing, supporting, and troubleshooting software products. Casino/gaming experience within technology preferred. Working knowledge of marketing principles preferred. Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills. Knowledge of digital electronics and networking technologies. Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite products. Strong communication abilities and capacity to uphold confidentiality. Willingness to travel extensively and work variable shifts. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to acquire necessary occupational and vendor licenses.
