Degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. Over 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Operations management positions. Demonstrated experience leading operational teams, including performance management, mentoring, and capability development. Experience in a European operations setting, preferably within manufacturing, integration, logistics, fulfillment, or regulated gaming technology activities. Strong communication and collaborator management skills.
