A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related area, or comparable experience. More than 7 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Quality Engineering. Proficiency in industry workmanship standards, inspection techniques, process controls, and quality systems. Knowledge and experience working with electronic systems related to power, lighting, audio, touch technology, and visual displays. Experience with Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and ISO standards. Experience with CAD - SolidWorks / Altium applications. Ability to read and understand technical documentation and specifications. Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is preferred. Strong communication skills.
