5+ years of experience in financial accounting with deep exposure to cash management, bank reconciliations, and intercompany accounting. Solid technical understanding of IFRS/GAAP, particularly in relation to financial instruments, foreign currency, and intercompany eliminations. Proven experience managing high-volume, multi-entity, and multi-currency environments. Strong control approach and track record of maintaining robust balance sheet integrity and audit readiness. Demonstrated ability to resolve complex reconciliation issues. Experience partnering with Treasury and working capital teams. Strong stakeholder management skills. Process improvement approach with experience in driving automation and simplifying finance operations. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Confident communicator. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., D365) and reconciliation tools preferred. Qualified accountant (CA/CPA or equivalent).
