Minimum 12+ years experience in Finance Transformation, FP&A, Workforce Planning, or Analytics in complex global organizations. Deep experience leading enterprise transformation programs from current-state assessment to benefits realization. Proven ability to redesign finance/planning processes, operating models, and governance. Strong transformation delivery capability including roadmap development and risk mitigation. Demonstrated use of data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve planning quality and decision support. Experience with planning platforms like Anaplan, Workday, TM1, D365, or Power BI.
