10+ years of experience in global payroll management, with a proven track record of success. Understanding of international, federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams. Experience with payroll system build and implementation, particularly in a global context. High attention to detail and dedication to maintaining accuracy and compliance. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
