- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent IT tertiary qualification. - 5+ years of experience in Information Technology/Network/System Administration. - Proven experience in large enterprise environments preferred. - Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) with 3+ years of equivalent Systems Engineer experience. - CCNA and IT Security certifications such as Security+ and/or CISSP are a plus. - In-depth knowledge of Microsoft server and desktop operating systems. - Basic understanding of switches, routers, and firewalls. - Experience supporting a Training and/or R&D environment is preferred. - Customer-focused with outstanding verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. - Excellent communication abilities, capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively. - Eagerness to learn new technologies and a self-learner approach.
