Position: Senior QA Automation Engineer (Java + Selenium)
Experience: 4+ Years Experience
Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced QA Automation Engineer with a strong command over Java, Selenium, and automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of
automation best practices, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality software at speed. This is a hands-on technical role where you'll be building robust, scalable, and
high-performance automation frameworks and test suites for complex applications.


Responsibilities

● Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable automation test frameworks using Java + Selenium.

● Work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers in an Agile environment.

● Create and maintain test scripts for UI, API, Integration, and Regression testing.

● Lead automation efforts from scratch and improve existing test frameworks.

● Analyze test results, debug issues, and work with development teams to resolve defects.

● Ensure optimal test coverage and maintain high quality standards across the product.


Requirements

● 7+ years of experience in QA Automation with a strong focus on Java and Selenium WebDriver.

● Expertise in building custom frameworks from scratch (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, BDD/TDD).

● Strong understanding of OOPs concepts, Core Java, and design patterns in test automation.

● Proficient in handling complex DOM structures, dynamic elements, waits, and synchronization.

● Experience in REST API testing using tools like RestAssured, Postman, or similar.

● Hands-on with version control systems like Git.

● Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).

● Good exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.


Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience in performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.

● Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).

● Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker.

● Experience with BDD tools like Cucumber, Serenity, etc.

● Working knowledge of SQL and basic database testing.


Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (IST)
