We are looking to hire a Product Manager –Publishing
to join our Publishing team and help drive the adoption, development and performance of Azerion’s solutions for publishers in the Spanish market.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in the Publishing area of a digital advertising or AdTech company, a good understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, and a strong interest in technology and publisher monetization.

The role will act as a link between the local Publishing team, our publishers, and Azerion’s international Product and Technology teams.

Main responsibilities

• Become the local point of reference for Azerion’s products and solutions for publishers, with a strong understanding of their functionalities, features and value proposition.
• Support the Publishing team with the implementation, adoption and development of Azerion products across the publisher portfolio.
• Understand publisher needs and identify opportunities where Azerion’s technology can improve monetization, efficiency and performance.
• Gather feedback, needs and requests from publishers and the local commercial team and communicate them to the central teams.
• Support onboarding and coordinate the implementation of new products and features.
• Monitor product performance and key KPIs, identifying optimization opportunities.
• Work closely with both local and international teams.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in Publishing, Publisher Management, Ad Operations, Product or similar roles within a digital advertising or AdTech company.
• Good understanding of the publisher ecosystem and digital advertising.
• Ability to understand technology products and translate technical concepts into business solutions.
• Analytical mindset and confidence working with performance data and KPIs.
• Strong communication, organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work across different teams in an international environment.
• Proactive, curious and problem-solving mindset.
• Conversational level of English, as the role requires regular interaction with international teams.
• Based in Madrid or the surrounding area.

Nice to have

Experience or knowledge related to SSPs, header bidding/Prebid, ad servers, programmatic integrations, video and other publisher monetization technologies.
