We operate both as a tournament organizer and as a talent development platform in esports, and for over 7 years, we have been building the industry of daily competitions, contributing to the global popularization of esports. We organize and conduct tournaments in eFootball, eBasketball, eHockey, eTennis, and other disciplines, creating high-level competitive events.
Currently, ESB HUB is looking for a Match Referee - a person responsible for ensuring that matches are conducted clearly, smoothly, and fairly. If you enjoy a dynamic environment, pay close attention to details, can react quickly to situations, and want to be part of a live esports process, this role is for you.**
Responsibilities:**
- Preparing workstations and gaming areas for tournaments.
- Launching and running tournaments.
- Recording and tracking event statistics.
- Starting and monitoring the quality of video broadcasts.
- Maintaining reports and documentation.**
Requirements:**
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Confident user of Google Sheets.
- Basic experience with YouTube.
- Knowledge of the rules of football, hockey, or basketball will be a plus.
- Availability to work night shifts.**
