// Open Role at BULKHEAD
Are you passionate about mastering your craft in game development? BULKHEAD invites driven individuals to apply, even if no specific role matches your exact experience, to make a real impact.
If you don’t see a job that matches your exact title or experience, that shouldn’t stop you from applying. If you’re passionate about making great games and think you’d thrive here, we want to hear from you.
We’re not just hiring job titles. We’re hiring passionate people who can make an impact.
What we look for:
You see game development as your craft — something you want to master, not just something you do
You’ve got relentless drive and ambition to make an impact, not just ship features
You care about culture — direct, honest, high standards, no passengers
You’re all-in on building something great. Not through crunch, but through focus, urgency, and pride in your work
Think you’re a fit, even if there’s no perfect job title listed? Apply through our open application.
