CD PROJEKT RED is currently looking for an IT ServiceDesk Specialist to join our IT team! As a new member, you will be responsible for providing support to our end users, managing equipment, and more. You will play a vital role in troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the studio. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will help us maintain high service quality and implement new solutions to enhance our work environment. Daily Responsibilities
Manage user accounts, including account creation and configuration, mailing group administration, and end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
Handle recurring service requests and routine system operations, including network drives, print services, and MDM.
Perform standard user and access management tasks across core platforms.
Provide IT support to users through all available support channels.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware issues.
Build and test custom workstations and specialized hardware setups.
Maintain and manage a dedicated legacy-spec test lab used by QA teams.
Provide first-level support for security incidents, including basic phishing analysis and collecting data related to potential infections.
Verify software licensing and support IT asset management processes.
Provide comprehensive IT support during company-wide events.
Act as a dedicated IT Buddy for development teams, providing ongoing support and helping address their day-to-day IT needs.
Support the onboarding and training of new team members and contribute to technical documentation and onboarding materials.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IT support, ServiceDesk, or a similar role.
Advanced knowledge of operating systems and good understanding of hardware, including the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Basic knowledge of network administration and proficiency with diagnostic and remote support tools.
Experience working with ITSM systems and managing support tickets.
Experience with user and access management in Active Directory; familiarity with Entra and other access management platforms is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and resolve issues independently and efficiently.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to day-to-day tasks.
Ability to collaborate effectively with other IT teams and escalate issues when needed.
Experience supporting or training less experienced team members.

Estimated pay range for this position: 10 600 - 14 600 PLN gross monthly. Final offers are dependent on job-related factors like experience and qualifications.
