As an Outsourcing Expert at CD PROJEKT RED, you will manage collaboration with external development partners across various disciplines like art, design, engineering, and QA. This role involves ensuring outsourced work meets business standards, acting as a bridge between internal and external teams, and overseeing communication and business terms. You will also lead a team of outsourcing specialists and evolve the tools and procedures for co-development.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in game development, including at least 2 years in production, outsourcing, or co-development leadership.
- Background in vendor management or business aspects of outsourcing.
- Solid understanding of production pipelines for at least one of the following: art, design, or programming (ideally more than one).
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple external partners simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Drive process optimization and documentation to ensure scalability and efficiency in outsourcing operations.
