We are looking for a Senior ESG & Environmental Specialist to join our team and take ownership of ESG data reporting processes, while supporting the organization in ensuring full compliance with the rapidly evolving environmental regulatory landscape. In this role, you will proactively propose solutions to key regulatory and operational challenges, optimize data collection processes, and help build awareness of sustainability topics across the CD PROJEKT RED Group.
Daily responsibilities
Leading and coordinating ESG data reporting processes, including environmental data, across the Group, ensuring data quality and timely delivery.
Preparing ESG disclosures in close collaboration with the Management Board, subject matter leaders, and data owners across the organization.
Calculating and reporting the Group’s carbon footprint across the entire value chain.
Proposing and implementing solutions that improve and streamline ESG data collection processes, increasing efficiency for both your own work and collaborating teams.
Monitoring and analyzing regulatory developments in ESG and environmental matters, including CSRD, the EU Taxonomy, PPWR, and ESPR, and recommending appropriate actions to ensure CD PROJEKT RED remains fully compliant.
Managing relationships with ESG rating agencies and proxy advisors, including reviewing assessments, providing data, and identifying opportunities to improve the quality of the Company’s ESG ratings.
Providing subject matter expertise and guidance in setting ESG targets and monitoring progress against them.
Contributing to the development of the ESG strategy, supporting the implementation and ongoing update of the CD PROJEKT RED Group Decarbonization Plan through market analysis and benchmarking.
Delivering educational initiatives related to ESG and environmental regulatory requirements.
Keeping the Sustainability section of the Company’s website up to date.
Monitoring market trends in ESG and sustainability.
Coordinating the Group’s EU Taxonomy alignment and reporting process.
Supporting other ESG and environmental initiatives and responsibilities arising from current business needs and changes in the Company’s regulatory environment.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in ESG, ESG data reporting, and/or environmental management.
Strong knowledge of ESG and environmental topics including relevant market standards, and the ability to assess their applicability to the Company’s business model.
A strong sense of ownership, high work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
Openness to change in a dynamic regulatory and market environment, with the ability to quickly identify related opportunities.
Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.

Estimated pay range for this position: 14500 - 19 900 PLN gross monthly. Final offers are dependent on job-related factors like experience and qualifications.
Type of contract: Employment Contract ("Umowa o pracę").
